SureStay Plus by Best Western Beaumont

Upon checking in the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and checked my wife and I in with no issues. Once we were in our room we found it to be clean, up to date, and rather comfortable and modern. Showers were nice and everything seemed well enough. We did have slightly unclean sheets noting a few stains. We also had a random encounter with either a guest or a random person knocking on our room door. They quickly realized the wrong door and proceeded to leave. We didn't have any other issues through the night.

Affordable, nice and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable and pillows smelt nice. Had extra toilet paper rolls so I made a nice toilet paper pyramid. Manager was very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sure Stay in Beaumont Texas. Our room was great!!! The service was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and polite.

This place is nice for the price and the lady at the front desk was very kind. We have stayed here two times in the past month or so. The last being November 3rd. My mom had been sick and was in and out of Baptist hospital and finally into Harbor Hospice. Unfortunately, the last stay was also the last day of her life. I appreciate them allowing us to check in about 2 hours early. Our mom had just passed and they allowed us to check in and go to the funeral home to start making arrangements before returning home. Thank you again my dear and I apologize for not being able to recall your name. But overall, one of the best we have stayed over the past 5 months.

We was having a hard time at this place when we first arrived. The first room TV was messed up and sheets wasn't changed. So moved to another room and that room didn't have a microwave. So took the microwave from the other room to our new room. But after that it was a breeze. The rooms are definitely clean and up to date. Plenty of parking especially for truck drivers. The black guy at night was very helpful and accommodating. Especially needing another remote to change between inputs to play the game on the TV. Gave me the remote the entire night. Dont care for the door in the room to another room. But this place was very quiet and didnt require a deposit, which was a major thumps up. We will definitely be back. BTW police will be driving through the parking lot after hours also SAFETY FIRST!!!

Stars sometimes aren't a good representation of a business. My stay here was made wonderful by a competent staff and a wonderful lady by the name of Paula at the front desk. The property is older but there is love in the maintaining of it. I felt safe, secure and appreciated my stay. If you travel and demand 5 star facilities, this place isn't your answer. If you view a hotel as something you need to be affordable, safe, clean and comfortable, SureStay Plus works. I will certainly return.

I had 17 rooms there just last week. Rikki and the staff did a great job. The rooms were clean and presentable. We will stay there again.

The rooms were clean, smelt good and relaxing. The manager, Rikki, was very kind and patient while she helped me with an issue I had with my card. No complaints. 10/10 would visit again.
